Chicken brine
Note: If your chicken breasts have already been pre-brined you can skip this step (Check packaging/label if pre-brined)
Fill a large bowl with 1L water and 1/4 cup salt. Stir to combine until most of the salt is absorbed by the chicken. Add the breasts and let them sit in the mixture to brine for 15 minutes or you can also cover the bowl and refrigerate for UP to 6 hours. Remove the chicken breasts from the brine, rinse them with cold water and pat dry with towels.

Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 450ยฐF (230ยฐC).

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink in color. Cooking time will depend highly on the thickness of your chicken breasts, so using a cooking thermometer is recommended if you are unsure as to when exactly the chicken is fully cooked.(The thickest part should be around 165ยฐF (73ยฐC)
